INGREDIENTS:
- 11 - vanilla, chocolate, neapolitan or strawberry ice cream sandwiches
- 1 - cup chocolate chips, whoppers candies, oreo cookies, m&m's, chocolate chips, festive sprinkles, heath bar bits, peanut butter cups or crushed butterfingers
- 1 - 16 oz jar Hershey's hot fudge ice cream topping
- chocolate or colored sprinkles for garnish
- Hershey's chocolate syrup for garnish
- Ice Cream Sandwich Cake Ingredients:
- 1 - 16 oz container whipped topping (cool whip)
INSTRUCTION :
- Layer a 8 x8 in pan with foil. To make it easier to remove the ice cream cake from the pan when frozen ,Make sure the foil lays over the sides of the pan.
- Layer 5 1/2 ice cream sandwiches on the bottom of the pan. After that, Spread a layer of hot fudge topping on top of the ice cream sandwiches. Then spread half of the cool whip on top of the fudge topping. Repeat the same action with the 2nd layer finishing with hot fudge.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for about 60 minutes. Move out from freezer and take the ice cream cake from the pan. Lift the cake peeling it off of the foil and place it onto a serving plate. Frost with further cool whip.
- Drizzle on some Hershey's chocolate syrup and garnish with chocolate chips and sprinkles or the candy toppings of choice.
- Place the ice cream cake back into the freezer and freeze for 2 hours.
